The Cancellation Policy for tour participation is as follows.
Refundable in case of cancellations decided by the guide.
| 28 to 15 days before the tour | 10% of the guide fee |
| 14 to 8 days before the tour | 20% of the guide fee |
| 7 to 4 days before the tour | 30% of the guide fee |
| 3 to 2 days before the tour | 40% of the guide fee |
| 1 day before the tour | 50% of the guide fee |
| On the day of the tour | 100% of the guide fee |
